Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While there were some nice aspects, such as the pools, the service and dining experience really dragged the experience down. I encountered rude staff, slow service, and maintenance issues, making it hard to relax during my stay. It had potential to be great, but several factors definitely left a lot to be desired.
This hotel is perfect for families, with a wide array of pools and play areas that keep kids entertained. The buffet-style meals were impressive, offering plenty of choices, especially for breakfast. The rooms were comfortable, though some areas seem a bit dated. Overall, it's a great value for a fun family trip, but if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this place may not be the best fit.
During my stay, I encountered a mix of highs and lows at the hotel. While the pools were a highlight and well-maintained, the service left a lot to be desired, with rude staff and slow service. The dining experience was noisy and chaotic, making it hard to relax. Overall, I wouldn't say it's worth the price for a relaxing getaway.
My stay at the resort was quite pleasant with superb staff who went above and beyond to enhance our experience, especially in the restaurants. The thermal pools were a delightful addition to our visit. However, the dining options outside the hotel were very limited, and I felt we could have used a bit more variety in the area. Overall, it was good value for money, especially being so close to the falls.
My stay was far from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. While the pools were the highlight, the overall service was quite poor and the dining options were lacking. The rooms also needed some serious updating, which was disappointing considering the price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.
